Woo! Thanks everyone!
Let's recap my awesome birthday:
1) I had to work, boo. But it wasn't too bad and went by very fast. Yay!
2) When I got home, J made me close my eyes, led me into the bedroom, and played a very romantic song we both like a lot, "Awake" by Josh Groban. He took me in his arms and we danced, with my eyes still closed. Teehee!
3) When he said I could open my eyes, he'd bought me a giant collage picture frame, and put pictures of the day we met (face-to-face) in there, and left plenty of spaces for future pictures!
4) He sat me down on the couch with a glass of (cheap, yummy) wine, and HE cooked dinner- sauteed portabellos with green peppers and sweet onions... with a little garlic and rosemary.
5) There was a box on the table, and inside were a bunch of hand-written "Birthday Coupons" that I may just have to type for you guys later, because they are soooo hilarious... like "Present this coupon for one *FREE* dishwashing and kitchen cleaning! Including wiping down the cabinets by Josh!" (He always forgets to wipe off the counters and stove).
6) He announced that he had indeed baked me a cake... a FUNFETTI! cake, and that he forgot to get icing, so he just put purple sprinkles on it. It was adorable. ;D
7) We ate cake and played World of Warcraft together, and FINALLY actually beat the Durnhold Keep instance. Geez, that took months! So, I got new gloves for my character! Woohoo!
Then, I went to bed. I was wiped out. That was birthday #25! Pretty good.... didn't get an engagement ring or anything, but I have such a wonderful guy, I guess I can continue being patient about that. ^-^
