Help! Serious mood swings ahead!

Help, help, help! I have been veg for passed 2 years. Just went completely vegan (again) and am having horrible mood swings. It seem the slightest annoyance sends me into like a screaming rage. I don't know what is wrong with me. The two are probably unrelated, but I thought I would just ask if anyone else went through this when making the switch. And, if so, when is it gonna stop??? Lol.
Thanks!
Shannon
Eat...More...Food...The...End
Make sure you are eating a well balanced diet including protein from beans, legumes, soy, or seitan. Be sure you are eating enough calories throughout the day to keep yourself going. Try to eat a wide variety of different foods to insure you get all the needed vitamins and minerals.
Remember moderation in all things, even those good for you.
I do know it's not not eating enough. I gained 15 lbs the first time I switched, and I've already gained 8 this time. I think I did start about the same time in my cycle both times. Maybe my body reacting a little differently to the change. Maybe I need to up the iron around this time. Does anyone know if a drop in iron causes mood swings? Thanks for all the input. It helped a lot.

Don't even worry about it Amy. I went through that when I first became vegetarian 2 yrs ago. I didn't know what to eat. Lol. And I was quite the beotch, so to speak. It seems I actually like my vegan food better! I know you were trying to help, and you did! You made me think about what I was eating. Thanks again!
