It's been a while...

So it's been a while since I've been on here but I am back and filled with a whole new vengeance.

I have tried vegetarianism several times and unfortunately, not one time took. I always fell back into the same old nasty habits.

Well I have done more research trying to figure out where I went wrong and have decided my diet was not varied enough.

What has brought me back though, above all else, was that I just finished the book "Skinny Bitch".

Oh my God.

I have never wanted to vomit so hard in my life. I immediately went and purged my kitchen of anything non-vegan. The dairy went to the trash and the meat went to all the homeless kitties in my neighborhood. I now feel invigorated, prepared and ready to do this. Support, encouragement, anecdotes, and ideas would be useful. You all rock and I have missed you!

Welcome back fufu. I really hope that vegan sticks for you this time. As pathetic as it sounds, VW really has helped me to stay vegan - so so many good recipes here and with the forums there is so much encouragement and many wise people to ask advice from.

Welcome back....I'm not 100% vegan and I haven't read "Skinny Bitch" but hanging out at VW, reading things like "The Face On My Plate", "The China Project", and anything by John Robbins keeps me inspired not to stray to too far.
