Friends,
I did not find any thread devoted to PICKLES, where we can park our recipes, ask questions and share knowledge
about pickles and pickling.
How many pickle lovers are here who would like to chip in ?

My Naga Jolokia green chutney pickle has now set and ready since today morning.
It is so wonderfully HOT >:D
i also like pickled ginger. as in, i eat it out of the container at home. (: yum.
woot! i HATE pickles, with a passion, but I <3 me some pickled ginger.

I <3 pickles...they are always my vegan back up at the fair. I love pickles so much, i used to drink the pickle juice str8! Alas, I know not how to make pickles and must rely on the local grocer to keep me in stock...
I can make pickles, but pickling cukes are expensive enough to not make it worth it. And they usually don't come out as crisp.
