Okay, ladies, what's your favorite thing to eat when you know you've got raging PMS/PMT?

Mine is quite simply salt and vinegar crisps. My husband will see that I've polished off a bag of them and the proceed to buy me more of them which is both sweet and dangerous to my attempt at trying to eat healthier!!

Chocolate Tofu Pudding, so simple, so fast, so satisfying. I can't eat tofu no more (weeps) but I used to make this http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=11924.0 and whack in huge amounts of cocoa.

These days, it's Indian spicy food I crave, with rice, and lashings of "butter" on the rice. Something dense and satisfying like Sweet Potato Dahl.

Anything chocolate! I usually have a strong urge to bake during that time of the month.
