Relay for life (cancer walk) help?!

I'm team captain for this years Relay For Life, its a walk to raise money for the cancer foundation. I'm going to try to register monday and i need to have ideas for:

1. Food to sell at the event to rasie money (so far i have freezepops, and my mom wants peanut butter and jelly; it has to be something inexpensive to make that i can sell for a dollar or two, something basic that adults, omnis, and little kids would eat)
2. Things to do at the even to raise money (so far i have bringing DDR and guitar hero and charging a dollar or two for a game)
3. Things to sell at the event to make money (besides food, i know i'm doing glowsticks for the night portion, and thought about having balloons with cards in them that people pay a dollar to pop and they win the prize on the cards, where theres one or two pretty good prizes, but mostly tiny things)
4. Theme ideas! (my favorite, which i think i might go for is woodstock, and our slogan would be "Working towards peace love and a cure")
5. Fundraising ideas to raise money prior to the event (i have a change jar i carry around school)
6. Ideas to recruit team members (besides just asking my friends)

Any help, would be amazingg, i'm trying to get some of these because my mother is trying to take over due to the fact that i'm lacking in ideas today. I really wanted to raise as much money as i can, i just walked last year and didnt raise any money. This year i'm doing it in honor of my dad who passed away due to lung cancer, and want to make him proud!

ETA: The walk is in mid may, and i have plenty of time to prepare, buy, make things for the event, but its a first come first serve basis of what to do, they dont allow two teams to sell or do the same things to spice it up, so i'm trying to figure out ideas ASAP. I think i have until the begining of may to seek donations, and can just throw any extras in with what i make at the day of the event.

Oh man, I forgot about that when posting on here. I knew that, eh.

I have mixed feelings about this event for lots of reasons, but I have participated in one in my area for the past couple years. My running team puts together a team.

It sounds like you already have plenty of ideas. Most teams only do one or two of the things you listed.
