Saying hi . . . briefly

I have a little bit of time to post what's going on with me.  My Dad died Monday and I'm in my hometown.  We made the arrangements for his cremation andthe  memorial service is tomorrow.  I'll be staying on here until Wednesday of next week helping my Mom settle his estate.  I may not have time to check in again.  But I didn't want y'all to think I've disappeared!  When I got to view his body, my Dad looked so at peace and didn't have the grimace of pain that he's had on his face the last few years.  He was 86 years old and had lived a very good life.  I'll miss him very much but I know he's in the good place (heaven).

Sorry to hear that TT.  Burying a parent is a profound experience. I hope you are holding up okay.

Big hug to you! I'm glad that your dad had a peaceful passing and that now he is Home.

Oh Tin! Big hug for you! I'm so sorry to hear your father passed, but I am so glad he is not in pain any more and had a long, good life! Let us know if you need anything!

I'm sorry to about your dad, but happy he looked at peace.  Your mom must be so grateful that you are there with her.

i'm so sorry about your loss tt.  : (  what a difficult thing for anyone to go through, i'm glad though that you and your mom have each other to console.
