Good Luck!!! Don't stress out. I just had an interview yesterday. So, it does seem to be a trend. It is a much better than the everyone being layed off trend that happened a year or so ago.

It turned out to be a group interview.
The interviewer appeared surprised when she saw all three of us show up.
I was the youngest and the only one of the candidates to wear a suit. It really does seem like a good company. They are only hiring 4 people for the area. Base pay for a regular crew member is +$1/hr than what I was making as an asst mgr.
I will find out with in 10 days. I'm still confidant I'll be getting an offer. I was the only one she 'cupped' (ie held with the other hand) the hand of when we shook hands good bye.
The funny part is if I get the position I want (ie lead), I will be flying down to So Cal for a week of training at their factory.
