You know what I did? It was awesome!

About a week ago I made the "cheese" sauce from the recipie: best vegan mac and cheese in the world, it was a little rich for me. Yesterday I made Awesome Vegan Chili. Chili was a little bland. Just out of curiosity, since I had already made some elbow macaroni cooked for the chili, with my second helping I added some of the "cheese" sauce to the noodles, then added chili to that. (When I was omni I used to have regular mac n cheese and mix it with my non-vegan chili, I always liked that, that is where I got the idea.)
Wow, that was awesome. The "cheese" sauce added a richness to the chili that it is lacking, and the chili cuts the richness of the "cheese" sauce. They are perfect together. Who would've thought?
That's great! Sounds kind of like a vegan goulash!
Yum!
That is definitely going on my list. Have you reviewed the chili recipe and included that suggestion - so the awesomeness may be shared for eternity? :P (licking lips, not sticking tongue out)
I would put this in the comments for the chili, but I can't seem to find that chili recipie. I have a lot of recipies on this computer that I downloaded about a year or two ago. I don't delete anything. It was called Awesome black bean chili, or Amazing, but it started with A. It is not under black beans.
Could it be this?

i have done similar things with cheese sauce and enchiladas and chili... so i would definitely recommend it as well.

I'll bet that would be marvelous...

That sounds really yummy! I get the best ideas from this site! ;)
It's all good, as long as it has BEANS and plenty of them.
