I just finished eating Kimchi in a package.
And I noticed the nutrition facts and it says SEVEN MILIgrams of Cholesterol?!!!
I read the ingredients and I swore it was vegan.
But maybe I missed something?
Ingredients:
Wheat Flower
Refined Vegetable Oil
Beta Carotene
Sodium Tripolyphosphate
Sodium Hexametaphosphate
Salt
Monosodium Glutamate
Spices
Dried Soy Sauce
Artificial Kimchi Vegetable Flavoring.
Dehydrated Carrots and Cabbage
And it says "allergy alert: contains wheat and soybean components."
What did I miss? =[
WHOOPS
I meant 7 MG
Not 7 G
I did once see a list of plant foods that actually contained some cholesterol....but i dunno about *7* grams worth?? Id be suspicious too.
Ill see if i can find the list/ info...
here's some info:

http://www.ific.org/publications/factsheets/sterolfs.cfm
it was probably the beta carotene.
