Vitamix/Healthmaster 100 question

Can you make soymilk in either of these things? I want to get one (probably the HM 100) but I also want a soymilk maker. I don't want to waste my $ if I can make nutmilks in the HM100!
I am interested in this answer, too, actually...
And cute baby belly, L2A!! :D
I got the HM 100 a few days ago, and it made no mention of its soymilk making abilities in the recipe book. I have only made milk the old fashioned way, grinding the beans and simmering on the stove. I would think that both blenders would not heat the beans sufficiently to extract all of the goodness. You could certainly use either to grind the beans, but I don't think it would perform the entire process.
So, Hibiscus, how are you liking your Healthmaster100 so far? What kinds of things have you been making in it? I've been needing a new blender for quite a while now and have been considering this one. I'd love a Vitamix if money were no object, but I don't think I can shell out that much any time soon.

That was my rationale behind the healthmaster as well, and I found it for $150. I have made smoothies with whole apples, kiwis etc that were great and totally smooth. I made tofu whipped cream and hummus. I have yet to really put it to the test, but so far it has been great!
i just got a vitamix and ive made sunflower seed milk in it twice, it comes with a book with recipes to make soymilk, almond, cashew, rice and sunflower seed milk. all of them are raw as well and yummy!!!
