So...im going to head to the health food store after work and was wondering what your favorite products were. I'm more or less looking for substitutes today without spending way too much money...Ive been using just all fresh veggies and grains which is great but im looking to try a few new things...
lets hear it!
silk (lite, plain) soymilk.
soy ice cream
sometimes veggie dogs?
Earth Balance for butter
Soy Delicious and Purely Decadent for ice cream
Some of the Yves Veggie Cuisine products are good - the veggie ground round is very versatile.
Amy's vegan pizza! It is sooooo yummy! The pther products are great too, here is the link to the company website, they have a guide to show you waht is vegan and what is just vegetarian!

theres a ton- just depends on what you want. If you want cheese, I like follow your heart brand chedder chese, but it has to be heated ( like in grilled cheese or mac & cheese) the pure decandent soy ice cream is really good. I like the peanut butter ripple. Umm and silk soy milk.
Yes I second the Amy's!!!!!!!!!
those products are amazingly yummy in a pinch!
fy:i target sells amys products for way cheaper than the hfs that i've seen. instead of 1.99 for a vegan frozen burrito target has them for like 1.33. and they carry a bunch of other stuff from their line, too. i'd definitely suggest checking them out to save some money. they also carry alot of morningstar stuff at certain locations and they usually are about 2.99 a package as opposed to 3.80+ at regular grocery stores.
Tofurky products are great if you're looking for meat subs. I especially love the Italian sausages and Hickory smoked turkey deli slices.
The roasted veggie Amy's pizza is delicious (and vegan)... but don't be misled! The Amy's Soy Cheese Pizza is not vegan! It has casein in it, blech, blargh, uuughgh!
Tofutti cream cheese
Yves veggie dogs
Ezekial bread
tofutti cuties
rice milk
ummm....oreos
Another vote for Amy's here....I like the baked ziti. Plus the praline pecan ice cream. Yum!
I also buy a spinach and tofu ravioli but I don't remember what brand it is.
Another vote for Tofurky Italian saugages.. awesome for lasagna, pasta, pizza etc.! Also, like everyone's saying, Amy's artichoke heart frozen pizzas and their bean burritos are very yummy (but out of my budget, sadly.) If your store has them- Soyboy Okara burgers are great.
Rice Mallow Creme :D
