I want to post a picture!

OK, Cheezies (BTW, where is she?) ages ago told me how to do it but the file was too big. I think I have figured out how to shrink the file. What if I want an avatar? What if I just want to post a picture.
They are in my pictures file.
Now what?
Please help.

If you're just wanting to upload a main profile photo I think I can help.
On the left side, click on the link "VegFriends profile" to open your profile, now around top-center of the page should be in bold "edit VegFriends profile" - click on that. scroll down on that page and there is a prompt to upload your picture from your computer (browse). I think the only stipulation is that the photo must be under 2 MB or 2048 KB. An avatar would work the same way I guess, I think the system won't shrink it.

Hey Di! :) why don't you just up load to photobucket? it will do all the resizing for you--it's a real eay point and click program. plus an account is free and you can keep all your photos in there plus any photos you wat from there colloection of over a billion photos (yes, really a billion!)
then you can post your photo in the form using the link they provide (with the img tag) or send the photos you want o post and I'll upload them for you if you want--just make sure you put in the message line they are for vegweb :)

Yeah, where is cheezees? I sent her a couple of messages a while back but she never replied. She hasn't been active since last October!
Di, photobucket will resize any picture for an avatar & it is so easy.
