Arugula Coleslaw

What you need: 

1 bunch fresh arugula, stems removed and shredded
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

What you do: 

Mix all ingredients.
Soooo simple and delish.
