Base for Fruit Smoothies

What you need: 

1 carrot
1 stalk of celery
1/2 of a cucumber
1/2 teaspoon liquid sweetener
3 figs
1/4 cup soy milk

What you do: 

Blend ingredients in blender. This order has worked well for me: carrot, figs, soymilk, celery, cucumber.
Add any combo of fruit!
[b]Here are a few of my faves:[/b][br] *a mango + an inch of fresh ginger (or 1/4 cup candied ginger)[br] *2/3 cup strawberries with 1/2 banana[br] *1/2 cup each blueberries and cherries[br] *papaya and mango or kiwifruit
This is as thick as it would be if you were making a frozen smoothie, but it is good for those of us with sensitive teeth:).
