Cheesy Garlic Bread

What you need: 

4 slices Italian bread
4 teaspoons vegan margarine, divided (I use Earth Balance)
4 fresh garlic cloves, crushed, divided
4 ounces shredded vegan mozzarella, divided (I use Vegan Gourmet)

What you do: 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread roughly a teaspoon vegan margarine over each slice of bread.
2. Spread about 1 cloves worth garlic over the bread and spread evenly, using the margarine as a base. Top with about 1 ounce shredded cheese. Finish remaining bread.
3. Put bread onto a baking sheet, and into oven for 10 minutes. Then set to broil for 2 to 3 minutes, just until the cheese is evenly melted. Watch the bread closely during the broil phase so it doesn't burn.
Take out of the oven and serve warm along side your favorite entree.
