Easy & Tasty Garlic Bread
What you need:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
4 pieces sliced Italian bread
red pepper flakes, to taste, optional
parsley, to garnish
What you do:
1. Heat up the oil and garlic in a frying pan. Add red pepper flakes, if desired. Put the vegan bread in.
2. After 1-2 minutes, flip the vegan bread over (hopefully there will still be some oil left for it to soak up on the other side; if not, don't worry.)
3. After a few more minutes, it should be ready (nice and crispy). If you want to make it look even nicer, garnish with parsley.
This tastes a lot better than using garlic powder (I hate that stuff!) and is almost just as easy. The chopped garlic I use comes in a jar and it's super fast and easy to use, all you need is a spoon.

It actually took all of 5 minutes. i used red pepper flakes. i will make this more often because its so easy to do and tasty :
This type of dish is new to me...It is quite simple also...But it is testy...
Seeing the review made me hungry for garlic toast..and it was pretty good..but how do you get the bread completely toasted before the garlic begins to burn? I guess lower heat might do the trick, but I didn't feel like waiting! :o
