The Date Shake
What you need:
3 pitted medijool dates
2cup almond milk
4 ice cubes
2tbsp flaxseed meal
1tsp pumpkin spice (or cinnamon/nutmeg)
*blender
What you do:
1. heat almond milk in microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute (add 1/2cup of water optional)
2. de-pit the medijool dates and let them soak in the warm almond milk till they are really soft (5minutes)
3. pour all ingredients in the blender except the ice* and blend on low till smooth
4. add ice and blend on high till smooth (this cools the beverage off)
5. pour and serve*
(you can add a frozen banana for more flavor if you'd like*
