This was great! I doubled the recipe and used half white / half wheat flour.
I used tomato paste, Daiya (vegan "cheese"), onion and green pepper.
I will definitely make this again!
This didn't come out well for me at all. I wasn't sure what type of yeast to use so I just used whatever I had and I also used whole-wheat flour so that could have been why. It was extremely flat, carboardy tasting and it separated into large flat pieces.
I made this today and it was very quick and easy and good!
Not too bad. The best I've tried so far, but not quite right. I made this twice. It was the perfect consistency when I used the butter, but I used oil the second time and had to add a TON of flour to get it to be not so sticky. So stick with the butter!
ok, yes. me likey!!
I did apple sauce instead of oil and did half whole wheat half unbleached. Love not having to wait an hour for the dough to rise. :P
I haven't made this exact recipe but I make something almost exactly like it except I use 1 cup sourdough starter with 1 cup flour, and the rest of the ingredients listed. Is is so good. Funny that I already use almost this exact recipe but with sourdough starter instead of yeast.
This really is easy, yummy, and quick! I rarely use yeast when making pizza dough because I usually don't have any or I don't have the time. I was able to make the thinnest thin crust, so tasty! This will be my go-to crust recipe from here on in.
This definitely was quick to make! I used whole wheat flour. My crust did not rise at all, & I was left with a flat crust, that was edible, but certainly not the best crust I have ever tried. Thanks for the recipe though!
