Fried Spaghetti

What you need:

8 oz. spaghetti
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoon oil
2 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 red onion, chopped
salt, pepper and various seasonings

What you do:

Boil the spaghetti until slightly firm. You don't want it too soft. While its boiling, fry the onions and garlic in oil. Add salt and pepper and tomato paste. Let everything cook for about a minute then add the freshly cooked spaghetti. Stir to make sure the spaghetti has been totally coated with the tomato mixture. Give it another 3 -5 minutes over medium fire, covered. Stir once more then serve.
This is not exactly low-fat but its quick, easy and veg. I've eaten this through my broke undergraduate days and still whip this up when I'm starving and short on time. Hope you like it!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Yum yum yum! Very good, i had no clue what to make for dinner and had the basics, and was super excited to eat a quick yummy dinner!
I used about 6 cloves of garlic, only a little onion, and this spaghetti seasoning we have along with extra oregano and parsley! Mmmm

I love this. I added about 3 times as much garlic and a chopped portabello with a little thyme and oregano.
It was delicious and so easy!
