SO HOW'D IT GO?

Delicious and so easy! I poured it into an 8 in. pan and cut it into squares. Not that dairy and sugar filled fudge I remember as a kid... Much better than that.

WOW! These things are dangerous! SOOOOO good... I followed the recipe proportions almost exactly; doubled it for a big batch of Solstice-presents, & added an extra handful of chocolate chips 'cause it seemed like the pb needed a little more chocolatizing. I used Smucker's natural pb, Ghiradelli chocolate chips, & chopped pecans, & it worked great... melted it all in a big bowl in the mic, then lined two 11x13" roasting pans with parchment paper, chilled overnight, & sliced into bite-sized servings... the only problem is keeping my family from eating it all before I can turn it into gifts, lol! Perfect texture; really, really, seriously, very very yummy! Will be a holiday standard from now on, at my house... Thank you for sharing this easy & delicious recipe!

I really want to make this, but is there anyway I can I omit the walnuts/pecans? My husband hates nuts, and will not eat anything with nuts in them.

@Ximmortalkitten-I'm sure you can make these without peanuts and they will turn out fine.

I was fiending for some vegan fudge, so I made this the night before Thanksgiving.  It is simple to make and super delicious.  I used agave instead of maple syrup and poured it into a bread pan to let it set overnight.  I still have some left over, and it tastes like magic.

These are great!  I don't roll them into balls, I just pour everything into my 8x8 glass baking dish and slice it into squares when it hardens.  It's much easier that way IMHO.  I'm just curious if everyone used real maple syrup or pancake syrup (like Mrs. Butterworth or something like that).  Thanks for the great recipe!  :)

just made these and they were really awesome- incredibly easy. and I used the microwave method, as I was a bit pressed for time. stuck them in the freezer and they were ready to eat in an hour.  ;)b

These are cooling off in the refrigerator as I type. I made half a batch with some left over vegan chocolate chips. All I can say is OMG!!!!! These are so rich and delicious. They do taste with e Reece's cup when the peanut butter melts. My thighs and hips are going to love me after I sample of couple of these babies. Thanks for the recipe

I make something a bit like this using hazelnut butter, cocoa, and maple syrup--it tastes better than nutella!

Very tasty.  A bit soft to be called fudge, but that doesn't really matter!  I put the mixture in the fridge for a couple hours before rolling it into balls and that helped cut down on stickiness.
