I didn't like this all that much, too much effort for something this bland. Just tasted like pumpkin and mushrooms, tried to make it better with nutritional yeast, but it was still boring.
I'm not much of a salad eater, but this was really good! I didn't have radishes or avocado at the time, so I added red chard in replacement. I always liked the crunch that raw corn has.
