Fudgsicles!
What you need:
1 (12 ounce) package silken tofu (I use Mori-Nu)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
What you do:
1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Pour into popsicle molds, freeze and enjoy!
These things are addicting, I swear. Even my milk-addict little sister loves them. Try them!

SO HOW'D IT GO?
okay so i've made these twice and both times they came out really bad. i didnt have popsicle molds so i just poured them into little cups. they weren't very chocolaty and they froze like ice - not fudgey at all! what am i doing wrong? i miss fudgesicles so much!
OK I should probably wait until I've eaten one that's actually frozen to comment ... but, we couldn't wait any longer and ate a couple half-frozen and yum... sort of like ice cream. I wish I'd used real Mori-Nu, though, the cheap silken tofu I used is sorta grainy. 5 stars!
This was incredible! My grandmother and brother who was visiting took some of these out of the freezer when I wasn't looking. They loved them, and these people don't like tofu;) They guessed they were either chocolate chips melted and frozen or chocolate milk frozen:) No one guessed tofu, not one person:)
GREAT recipe. Try it!!! It's really a keeper. Thanks tons!! (BTW, I recently started eating raw, so if anyone comes up with some sort of rawer/healthier version of this, let me know!!)
omg, amazing. can't stop eating these!
These were INCREDIBLE!! I made a batch and only had 6 small popsicle molds and there was some of the mixture left over so I put it in the fridge for 10 minutes and then ate it with a spoon and it was SOOOO GOOD that I made a whole other batch just to eat strait from the mixer! My mom even loved it and she's REALLY hard to please when it somes to "fake food" like this. Awesome recipe, this is something I'll make all the time.
I am still learning to use the white Stevia powder. How much would I use in place of the sugar in this recipe? I am wanting to try it for my daughter. Thanks!
One scoop, (there should be one in the container), a scoop if a 1/4 of a teaspoon.

That looks so yummy! I'll s have to try them out!
I didn't have ice block molds so I made them in shot glasses and cut a few disposable chop sticks in half for the sticks. Really yummy and rich.

i ate one and the rest disappeared out of the freezer mysteriously.
wowww.
whoever made this, i love you. forever.
