Gina's Bananayama

What you need: 

2 Frozen Banana
1 8oz can of Yams in light syrup
1/2 to 1 cup of Soy Milk
2 Scoops of Trader Joe's soy protein or recommended scoops of whatever others

What you do: 

place 2 frozen bananas in blender and the two scoops of soy protein powder. Drop in can of yams and two spoon fulls of the sugar juice. Then when this is blended slowly mix in small amounts of soy milk until you get the consistency that you like.
