Greek Cucumber Salad

What you need: 

2 medium cucumbers
1 small red onion
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons vinegar
7-10 chopped green olives
3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

What you do: 

Pare and cut cucumbers and onion into thinly sliced pieces. Seperate onion slices into rings. Add Salt. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Squeeze out any liquid, and place cucumber in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over cucumbers. Refridgerate until served.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was a bit too salty for my taste. Next time I'm going to skip the salting of the cukes and onions. Thanks for sharing!
