Healthy Potato Chips
What you need:
1. 4 Potatoes ( any kind but if you want sweeter chips go with sweet potato)
2. Olive oil (enough to coat your potatoe slices)
3. Salt and/or pepper
What you do:
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
2. Cut your potatoes about 1/4 of an inch thick
3. Put your potatoe slices into a bowl and toss with some olive oil (enough to coat all)
4. Add salt to your oil covered potatoes
5. Lay out on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes flipping halfway through
6. Take of sheet and let cool
7. Enjoy!
