Lemon Herb Tofu

What you need: 

1 pound tofu
juice from one lemon
nutritional yeast
garlic powder
onion powder
Italian seasoning

What you do: 

Freeze 1 pound tofu, thaw and cut in long squares. Bake or fry tofu in a skillet until brown. Pour juice from one lemon on the tofu while it's still in the pan. Make a mixture of nutritional yeast, garlic and onion powder and Italian seasoning. Roll the tofu in the mixture until coated, and put it back in the pan for a couple of minutes until crispy. Serve as a sandwich or as a main dish with some veggies.
