Oat and Seed Bread

What you need: 

12 ounces wholemeal flour
3 ounces all purpose flour
3 ounces porridge oats
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon baking yeast
12 fluid ounces water

What you do: 

1. Put ingredients in the bread machine in the order specified for the machine.
2. Bake as wholemeal loaf. Enjoy.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I had to up the plain flour to half in order to get the bread not to fall. It probably took me about 4 tries before that to get it right. I also added 1/4 cup of sugar, as per my machine's manual, but I'm not sure that made a difference; I just really wanted to get it right this. It came out great, but with my machine, fell in consistently if the plain flour was any less than 1/2 the flour mix.
