Oriental Cabbage Salad
What you need:
Salad:
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
2/3 cup shelled sunflower seeds
3 ounces ramen noodles, broken into small pieces (withhold seasoning for dressing)
2/3 cup slivered almonds Dressing:
4 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup salad oil
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1 package vegan ramen noodle seasoning
What you do:
1. Mix all salad ingredients. Set aside.
2. Mix all dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss together.
3. Let marinate in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours.
Love this recipe! Family favorite.
