PB,Carrot And Raisin Sandwich

What you need: 

2 slices whole grain bread
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 grated carrot
1 tablespoon raisins

What you do: 

Combine PB,carrots and raisins and spread on vegan bread. Close and enjoy!!

I did this in a burrito today for me and mys sisters lunch. Super awesome! I bet celery is good with this also!

I make this all the time and love it! I add ground flax seed for fiber and Omega-3's, too.
