Pineapple Cupcakes

What you need: 

2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons applesauce
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 tablespoon vanilla

What you do: 

1. mix dry ingredients
2. mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients
3. bake in cupcake papers in muffin tins at 375 deg. F for 25 minutes

SO HOW'D IT GO?

really bad recipe >:(, however probably soley due to the type-o of "2 tablespoons baking soda". i think it was 2 teaspoons.  i probably should have known better, but i was trying to trust the recipe. at any rate they were inedible. inregard the the pineapple amount question, i would say a large can and i also had to add quite a bit of soymilk. good luck if you try these. they may need some tweeking.
