SO HOW'D IT GO?
I am also wondering if you cook the oatmeal before?
This was really tasty! I doubled the oatmeal, banana, and "milk," thinking it wouldn't be enough, but I was full 1/2 way. I will definately make again! Thank you for posting!!!
Its also good with chocolate flavor soy milk.
I love this smoothie it is really good.
Do you have to cook the oatmeal first?
they look alot like kiwis, but are pinkinsh brown on the inside and have huge teardrop shaped seeds in them.. i know they have them in florida, but i dunno if they are in CA.. they grow in mexico, so maybe.. im from LA and had never heard of them before i came to the caribbean.. they are a tropical fruit, and so good..

Sapodillas? I must try these magical fruits! They sound wonderful...I wonder if you can get them in Los Angeles...
i made this for my guy for dinner tonight.. he has a smoothie for dinner everynight.. we ran out of bananas for his usual 3 banana smoothie and were stuck with one one banana.. instead of making a nasty mango smoothie (i HATE mangoes.. bleh) i looked up an oatmeal smoothie and found this.. it's super good.. i used 3 sapodillas instead of dates (sapodillas taste like brown sugar and maple syrup) and added about 6 ice cubes to make it a little thicker along with freezing the banana in slices before hand..
thanks! now there another kind of smoothie i can make :)
