Tofu Burgers

What you need: 

8 oz firm silken tofu (mashed)
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup ground sunflower seeds (or) 1/4 cup ground flax seed
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 small finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning (or other salt free seasoning mix)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
olive oil (for fried tofu burgers only)

What you do: 

Mix all ingredients excluding olive oil.
Burgers can be grilled, pan fried in olive oil, or broiled in the top rack of the oven.
