Tofu Cream

What you need: 

1 block of firm tofu
juice of 2 limes
2 teaspoons of sea salt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup sunflower oil

What you do: 

In a food processor, crumble tofu add rest of ingredients, blend until you get a cream cheese texture; this might require a little more oil and water depending on the quality of tofu.
