This was very yummy :) I used vanilla almond milk so I left out the vanilla extract but besides that followed the recipe exactly. This is not as creamy as regular ice cream...

OMFG! U have to try this recipe! Amazing! I brought it over for Easter and my family loved it... They couldn't believe it was vegan... I guess because all vegan food tastes "bad"?!?!
