I loved these, especially with the sugar! I added a tiny bit of lemon juice, sauteed some onions, and some cayenne pepper to make it pop a bit. Will definitely make this again!
I liked this recipe--it was hearty enough to be eaten alone, I didn't have to make a grain to go with it (although I think it will taste really nicely on a toasted piece of bread).
