I made this last year for my father's birthday reception - there were 120 people, all non-vegans, and everyone who tried the breads with this hummus loved it!
This is my new favourite sauce - I put slightly more Tahini in it and slightly less nutritional yeast, so it tastes more like a tahini sauce with a cheesy background flavour and I just love it.
