I don't think I rolled my dough thin enough so they turned out like little biscuits. So I would recommend making them as thin as possible! But they are very tasty and cheesy.
I followed the recipe exactly. They were less like meat balls and more like.... bread balls? They were DELICIOUS. We threw some red pepper crumbs in there and spiced them right up.
I left out all faux products and added extra carrots and celery. I also used vegetable bouillon vs. beef vegan cubes. I added a few sprinkles of sage. My kitchen smells heavenly! Delicious.
Vegan Cheese Crackers
