This tastes very close to the Tofurkey holiday roast, the texture is nice and firm and easily sliceable once it's cooled. I made this perfectly on my first try.
I made this, tweaked it a little bit so it was all raw and took it to Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit. I've made a lot of raw desserts similar to this and this one by far tasted the best.
