These were pretty good. Made them with ww pastry flour. Could have used a little "something" - maybe I'll try them again with almond extract or additional vanilla extract.
I apologize because normally I really don't like when people rate recipes they have not even tried yet. "This looks great" with 5 stars is just not helpful, my friends! :)
These are way too yummy... and no added sugar! :) I added a touch of vanilla, and have had them with blueberries and plain with pure maple syrup and earth balance. Next up - with PB and J!
SUPER sweet! I'm having a bit of a sugar rush right now from trying one chocolate cupcake with this recipe icing - with cocoa power added. This sets up nicely and is great for piping.
Beautiful is right - this looked AMAZING just out of the oven. I swapped pecans for walnuts, and used 1/4 cup maple syrup and 1/8 cup agave nectar and it was perfectly sweet.
I spruced this up a bit by cookin gup some onions and mushrooms,a dn then adding the tofu, etc to that. Next time I'll probably add even more veggies - potatoes would be great in this.
