I also added more garlic and used vegetable bullion instead of stock, as well as dried rosemary instead of fresh, but both times I've made this recipe it's turned out beatifully.
It's also great when you add some all-purpose seasoning or dry veggie bullion and about a tablespoon of creamy peanut butter. That's the way I learned to make it in Botswana.
