Oh my... I love this. I didn't add any crushed ice because, well, I didn't have any and there were some pumpkin ice cubes leftover from a previous recipe.
Absolutely loved the tofu, not so much the gravy. But it didn't turn out too well because 1) I woke up late and I was eager to eat the tofu and 2) I have never been able to make good gravy.
