I made these a few nights ago using dark red kidney beans and black beans; added a bit more seasoning. What a great recipe!!! I baked some and fried a few both held together great and were fabulous!
I made these for a quick dinner a few nights ago. Very yummy! I used for hummus instead of vegan mayonnaise. Also added some spicy mustard and a vinaigrette dressing as condiments.
