I do not like soy milk so I used almond milk, I also added 1 egg to the batter, it took a little longer to bake but not much. This is very good and a great way to get some veggies. :)
This is a very good recipe.A great way to get protein and nutrition together. I added a bit more sea salt than it called for but I will definitely make it again.
