I loved the flavor of the spinach, spices and beans! I added curry and it was great. However my squash was still raw after 30 minutes. I am definitely going to make it again!
This is great, so easy! I am a new-ish vegan and have been wanting to use TVP as a beef substitute, but have been fearful of being disappointed. But not so with this recipe.
A good, flavorful cake! I used it to finish off some butternut squash and was very happy with the taste. I didn't add nuts but it still turned out good.
