Deeeelish! These are what I think brownies should be. They were thick and fudgey on the inside and crispy and flaky on the outside. I used whole wheat flour and soy milk instead of water.

Yummy! I liked this a lot. Here's what I did: First, I used tempeh. Loooooved the texture with it, and I just marinated it a couple of minutes after I steamed it.
Deeee-lish! I am eating this as I type, and it's awesome. I have to admit, I live in the middle of podunk, nowhere Indiana, and the closest Thai restaurant is over an hour away.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe. I actually make muffins out of this and freeze them. Some fresh zucchini will taste great later in the year. I used half oil and half applesauce.
