sooo thank you to the lovely, as yet anonymous, person who sent me my package! bf sent a message that says it is at the apt and in the fridge (i can't imagine how he didn't open it...but good on him ;))
i am so so so excited to go home and seeee!
so i will post tomorrow with formal thank yous. although my hunch is that it's AC since she sent hers so early. or maybe not!

My MIL found my stash of goodies and just started helping herself and sneaking things out (in her pocket) :o seems like such a waste because she eats junk and is just stuffing her face because she's bored and hungry-not because she has an interest in vegan food. now i don't get to try that flavor of ????
I know-it sounds selfish but i have spent the last 4 days watching my dh wait on her and clean up her messes and getting into my bvv package is the last straw!!! i would never plop myself down in a new mother's house and expect to be waited on. DOWN WITH MILS!!!!

I haven't gotten mine either....it doesn't bother me though. Just anticipating and guessing who it might be is keeping me entertained. I hope yours arrives soon.
I'm so bummed - I went to the PO box yesterday and the slip was waiting in there, which means the package got there on SATURDAY, but they waited until YESTERDAY to put the slip in the box, which means I have to wait until after work TODAY to get it :'(

I think the mailman puts the slip in the boxes here. I'm finding it a little strange to get used to looking for packages in the rental office. I'm used to my mailman back in MI who would come up the driveway and leave them on the porch. Also, the rental office here closes at 6pm and there's no way to get packages after they leave. In this complex there are a lot of military people who don't get home until after that time....so when you do get a notification you have to look thru this huge pile of boxes until you find your own.

I'm so happy you liked it ponycakes! :w00t!: I had a lot of fun putting it together. Once I saw that you were a lifeguard I thought the sunscreen and towel would be a cool thing to send. I liked the print so much I bought myself one too. ;)b I picked the Vegan Microwave Cooking since I thought that might be the most helpful at college. I know I didn't do a lot of elaborate cooking when I was going. I should have picked up two of those because some of the recipes looked delicious as I was flipping thru it. Enjoy!!

I just picked it up! Thank you so much! I'm spending $200 to get a couple of hoses replaced in my car today, so it came at a good time...thank you again! The brownies are _amazing_. I've been planning on making some lemon squares, too, and now I don't have to! Things are a little squished, but that doesn't alter the taste for sure =)
I'm hoping my package gets to it's owner ok...I tried not to include too many melty things, but it was really hot on Friday.
eta: turns out my $1480 car needs $2300 of head-gasketness, so while they are amazing brownies I don't think I'm going to want to eat for a while...I feel like I'm in mourning, only it's a car...
