HEY, Zealia!
okay, I'm supposed to be finishing a research paper, but I checked the boards just now because I'm a total addict (yeah, my planned VW hiatus flopped, oh well) and I see that it is your birth anniversary!
Spend some time with your mum today, if you can (or haven't already); or, give her a call just to say "I love you," and "thanks for birthing me," and such....and if you're in the mood to party, you should totally make little newspaper party hats for all your animal friends...and post a picture...haha! okay, but seriously....
...when we consider WHY it is that we celebrate someone's birth anniversary, we should look at it from the perspective of what sort of impact that person has had in her lifetime, not so much what she did on that particular day X number of years ago (because heck, you didn't have to do a damn thing, right?)...anyway, to the point:
In the past 22 years, you've touched the lives of SO many, and the world simply would not be the same without you. What might have happened to your rescued friends had you not come into their lives? and what of all the people on VW that you've inspired and somehow influenced? Basically, this is a day to celebrate the fact that you ARE here, and the last 22 years have been better for lots of humans and animals because of that.
