SO HOW'D IT GO?
***UPDATE***
Liquefying the onion and garlic makes for a more authentic flavor.

For a thinner texture use as the plain unsweetened nondairy milk Silk Pure Almond Unsweetened All Natural Almondmilk instead of So Delicious Coconut Milk Beverage Unsweetened.

This recipe is amazing! We make it at least once every two weeks. It's so easy and delicious!! :)
This was delicious!!!!!! I have been craving alfredo sauce for the longest time and now I have it :>
I made a few minor adjustments...I only used 1/4 cups margarine (it was plenty) and used whole wheat flour for thickener. I also only used 1 cup of nondairy milk (I like my sauces thick). It was divine.
Thank you for this recipe!! I'll admit that I was skeptical at first bc since I've been vegan, I've yet to find a Vegan Alfredo Sauce that taste good. I was very pleased, this sauce was absolutely delicious!! :)>>>
The few changes I made were: I used Whole Wheat Flour bc that was what I had on hand. I used powdered onion and powered garlic too bc I didn't have any fresh to mince. I also sprinkled in some Paprika and some Parmesan Flavored Cheese. Again, thank you!! This is a keeper!!
