Dandelion Carob Mocha
What you need:
1 cup nondairy milk
1 teaspoon carob powder, or more to taste
1 teaspoon dandelion coffee, or more to taste
Sweetener, as desired (I use Xylitol)
What you do:
1) Heat gently nondairy milk over a stove for a couple of minutes. Do not allow to boil. Stir in carob powder gradually and add dandelion coffee*. Use xylitol to sweeten if required.
*Powdered or granule dandelion coffee is acceptable but check for lactose or sweeteners on the label first.
Source of recipe: This is a great alternative to caffeine and chocolate, and also candida sufferers.
